CEREMONIAL CONCRETE POUR

The final touch! Railroad Construction Company, Inc. and Posillico, a Joint Venture (RCCPJV) completed the final concrete pour for the two mile perimeter flood wall surrounding Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC). A huge milestone in this major project to protect PVSC from future flooding.
