RCC ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP TRANSITION

As the Company Enters its Next Century

PATERSON, NJ, June 15, 2026 – As Railroad Construction Company, Inc. (RCC) celebrates its 100th anniversary, we are proud to announce a historic leadership transition that reflects both our legacy and our future. After more than four decades as Chief Executive Officer, Al Daloisio, Jr. will assume the role of CEO Emeritus while continuing to serve as Chairman of the Board of Railroad Construction Co., Inc. Under Al’s leadership, RCC experienced tremendous growth and transformation while remaining steadfast in its commitment to safety, quality, productivity and having fun.

Effective June 15, 2026, Jack Tobin, P.E., will become Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a significant milestone as the first non-family member to lead RCC in the company’s history. A respected leader with decades of industry experience and a deep understanding of RCC’s culture and values, Jack is well-positioned to guide our co-worker-owned company into its next century of success.

Since joining RCC, Jack has played an integral role in the company’s growth, operations and continued success across the rail and heavy civil construction industries. His leadership, experience and commitment to RCC’s culture and values make him the ideal person to help guide the company into its next century.

This transition also reflects the thoughtful succession planning and strong foundation built by generations of Daloisio family leadership since RCC was founded in 1926. Please join us in congratulating Jack as he takes on this historic leadership role and helps lead RCC into its next century as a 100% co-worker-owned company.
