Al Daloisio, Jr. has over 48 years of experience in the construction industry, managing projects in excess of $200 million and responsible for estimating, engineering, designing, negotiation of contracts and other general business applications.

As CEO, Al is responsible of all company operations, including bonding, banking, estimating and construction activities in 11 states along the East Coast from Vermont to Florida.

In 2022, Al was honored with the Moles Member Award for outstanding achievements in heavy construction. He currently serves as the Moles President. He is a member of the National Academy of Construction, member and Past Chairman of the Construction Industry Advancement Program of New Jersey and trustee of the NJ Carpenters, Laborers-Employers Cooperation and Education Trust.

Al is involved in multiple charitable organizations, leading by example to fulfill the last part of our mission, “sharing our resources to benefit others.”
