We are committed to the highest standards of business ethics.

In order to maintain our commitment to integrity, we have established a Code of Ethical Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program. It is Railroad Construction Company’s policy to maintain the highest ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Railroad Construction Company does not and will not tolerate any form of unlawful or unethical behavior by any person or entity associated with us.

Railroad Construction Company has established a fraud reporting hotline to provide you with a simple way to report activities that may involve financial or other misconduct, theft, fraud, misreporting of work hours, falsification of documents, misuse of company property, violations of company policy, or other forms of misconduct not specifically identified here. Reports made through this hotline are received by our Corporate Compliance Officer. They will be handled as promptly and discreetly as possible, with facts made available only to those who need to know to investigate and resolve the matter. Any information you may have of any unlawful or unethical behavior by any of our coworkers, prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, or customers should be reported immediately to the Corporate Compliance Officer, EEO Officer and/or by calling the fraud hot line at 973-413-1950.
